kayla haynes Team

Kayla Haynes is a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designated agent. Kayla has been with The Hatcher Agency since 2016 as an account executive and promoted to the Lead Account Executive role in 2022. Kayla is the point for day-to-day administration and is dedicated to the setup and support of administrative and Human Resources workflows. Kayla works closely with her clients to ensure their best interests. She assists them with daily client needs involving Compliance, COBRA, claim issues, plan implementation, and plan design.
A Beebe native, Kayla moved to Little Rock in 2011. She married in 2016 and they now share two children together. Away from the office Kayla loves to travel, attend sporting events, and spend as much time as possible with family. One of Kayla’s favorite quotes is “Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen” by Michael Jordan.
Cingolani holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Central Arkansas and began working in Employee Benefits in 2012. She resides in Little Rock and in her spare time enjoys hiking and giving back to her community.
Jenni Gatlin Team
Jenni Gatlin was born and raised in Little Rock, AR and graduated from Mount St. Mary Academy. She attended the University of Memphis and received a degree in Early Childhood Education. She started with the Hatcher Agency in 2006 and loves the concept of Outrageous Service. She has been an Account Executive and Lead of her Team for 13 years. She enjoys working out, gardening, and singing as a background vocalist. She is also very proud of her big family of six children, and six grandchildren
Wynter Estell attended the University of Central Arkansas upon graduating high school from Ole Main in North Little Rock, Arkansas. In July of 2012, she joined The Hatcher Agency and has worked as an Account Executive, Executive Assistant to Greg Hatcher and currently serves on Jenni's Team. She has a background in Administration, Advertising, and Sales. Wynter and her husband Richard have five children and for fun she enjoys spending time with their family, friends and traveling
Emily Bennett is a native of Magnolia, Arkansas, where she was involved in competitive dance and was the cheerleading captain in high school. She moved to Central Arkansas in 2010 to attend the University of Central Arkansas. In 2014, she began her career in Little Rock in Sales and Business Management, until joining the Hatcher Agency in 2019. In her spare time, Emily enjoys cooking and traveling with her boyfriend Jason, spoiling her two dogs, Scarlett & Violet, and spending time back home with her family. And more often than not, you will find Emily exercising her creative side by crafting.

Zack Perez attended Ouachita Baptist University with a Business Administration Degree and a Double Emphasis in Management & Entrepreneurship.

Never one to meet a stranger Zack strives for excellence in himself and wants to provide that for the agency in whatever capacity is needed. Having to be adaptable is something he has been able to experience repeatedly. He says that his biggest trait he holds dear is his loyalty he has for others and organizations and is something that many people commended him on.
In his spare time Perez considers himself a movie enthusiast, loves board games and fellowshipping with friends and wants to travel more and be able to find new experiences in different countries.
Small Groups Team
After a dozen years in the TV news industry, David Raath joined the Hatcher Agency in March 2013. He serves as the VP of Communications for Hatcher Enterprises. He grew up in Arkansas and attended Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK. The former Preacher’s kid is active in his church and loves to spend time with his wife, two boys and Boston Terrier, Myron. He is also a self proclaimed college football junkie.
Having known Greg for over 35 years has given Whitley McWilliams an advantage when it comes to understanding the importance of "Outrageous Customer Service". As a pop-warner football stud, Whitley averaged 5 touchdowns a game and was featured in Sports Illustrated, "Faces In the Crowd". He went on to be a 4-sport athlete in high school and a 2-sport athlete in college at Hendrix College. Although a severe knee injury ended his college sports career early, Whitley went on to double major in Communication and Psychology at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he was voted 3 straight years as "best athlete" and the youngest ever 2 term President of his Fraternity, Sigma Nu.
Whitley's primary passion now is the growth of his son, Grayson, who is 11. He is the proudest single-dad a child could ever ask for. When Whitley takes a "time-out" from being an insurance-selling dad, he enjoys watching Impractical Jokers or Baskets on his couch with his loved ones, including his pets, Sasha and Timpini.
Bre Brownmiller was born and raised in Sherwood Park, Alberta. She moved from Canada to Arkansas at 17 on a full ride scholarship to UALR for soccer. Following soccer, she became a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Here at the Hatcher Agency, Bre handles customer service, group enrollments, renewals and day-to-day client needs. With her customer service background, she loves working with people and strives to give Outrageous service to every client she encounters.
Laura Tucker comes to the Hatcher Agency after teaching and coaching for the last few years at Beebe High School. Prior to her time in public education, she coached collegiate softball at Colorado Christian University, Williams Baptist University and Webber International University. Laura grew up in Beebe, Arkansas and went on to play college softball at Three Rivers College, Arkansas-Monticello, and Williams Baptist University. She was named an NJCAA All-American for Three Rivers in 2010 and was part of three conference championship teams during her collegiate career. Laura has a B.S.E. from Williams Baptist University and a M.A. from Colorado Christian University. In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and friends. Laura enjoys traveling, sporting events, concerts and being outdoors.
brandie sanders Team
Brandie Sanders was born and raised in Little Rock, AR and attended Mount St Mary Academy. She attended Arkansas Tech University out of high school and transferred to Central Baptist College to play volleyball one season with her younger sister.
If she is not in the office, she is on the volleyball court coaching or running her youth volleyball club. In 2016 she was selected as the Junior Olympic Outstanding Female Coach by USA Volleyball Junior Assembly and in 2017 was awarded the Robert L Lindsey Meritorious Service Award by USA Volleyball. Brandie & her husband, Tommy, enjoy traveling, sporting events, concerts, and spending time with family & friends.
Jordyn Brown, a California native, graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Bachelor's in psychology. During her studies, she was named both Academic All State and California All State in Basketball at Fresno City College. She also attended both Arkansas State University and CCU on full athletic scholarships. Post graduation she worked in intervention support at Minarets High School in Fresno before moving to Little Rock in 2023 to start her new career here at the Hatcher Agency. In her free time Jordyn loves to spend time outside, with her family, or in some sort of gym!
Christine Brooks Team
Christine Brooks is a 2011 graduate from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors in marketing. Formally a teller with Delta Trust & Bank, she expanded into marketing and events before joining The Hatcher Agency in 2014. Christine is passionate about health and fitness and loves the outdoors. She and her husband, Parker, enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and have two weenie dogs named Lilly and Boone.

Blaine Morman was born and raised in Warren, Arkansas where she attended high school and graduated with honors in 2017. She was involved in competitive dance winning many local, regional, & national titles as well as a member and captain of the varsity cheerleading squad. She attended both The University of Arkansas at Monticello and The University of Arkansas where she was a member of the sorority Delta Delta Delta. When not at work, Blaine enjoys working out, reading, traveling, spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Tanner.

Robert Ellis was born and raised in Little Rock, AR. Robert specializes in winning business and setting up Comprehensive Corporate Benefit Programs. His favorite part of his job is providing Outrageous Service for all of his clients. Robert enjoys hunting, competitive golf and anything cooked on the grill or BBQ smoker. Robert has been married to his wife, Meredith, for six years and has a daughter, Sage, who is five and a son, Payne, who is one. As a family, they love traveling and spending time at the beach, as well as keeping up with all of the kid’s activities.

Katherine Caserta comes to The Hatcher Agency after serving as a Youth Minister in North Little Rock for the past several years. Born in Oklahoma City, she moved to the Little Rock area and graduated from Sheridan High School. A four-year All-State soccer player, Katherine went to play soccer at Hendrix College and enjoys watching all things soccer and cheering on her favorite team, Manchester United. After college, she started working in the church where her passion of serving others could really blossom. Joining The Hatcher Agency in 2022, she loves the motivation behind providing Outrageous Service and continuing in her calling to help others.
Away from the office, Katherine is a member of First United Methodist Church in Downtown Little Rock. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her husband, Brian, and daughter, Scarlett. In her free time, she loves being active, being outside, and having opportunities to learn more about the world around her.
Patricia Terry is an Arkansas native, graduating from ElDorado High in ElDorado, Arkansas in 1994. Almost immediately after graduation she joined the military, serving proudly for 10 years with one tour to Iraq. She has a background in customer service and web design and is currently attending school for her Associates in Business Management. Patricia has four children and two amazing grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and photographing life through a lens.
Hannah Cotros was born in Sarasota, Florida. She then moved to Houston, Texas, before coming to Little Rock, Arkansas. Hannah attended The University of Arkansas where she pursued a major in Marketing, and minor in Finance with a concentration of Insurance and Real Estate. She graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Away from the office, Hannah enjoys spending time her with family and friends. She is passionate about fitness and health, loves to travel, and spend time outdoors.
dottie highfill team
Dottie Highfill grew up in the small town of Pocahontas, Arkansas and started working for The Hatcher Agency in 1997. She attended Colorado College where she was on the tennis team. She spent a semester in Spain with SMU, then finished her degree at University of Central Arkansas with a major in Economics. As a Lead Account Executive, she enjoys working with her team to provide the best service and strategies for clients. Dottie has fun competing in USTA team tennis, playing handbells at St. Paul Methodist, and hiking and traveling with her husband Wes and three children Bennett, Clara, and Caden.
Challis Muniz is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. In 2012, she joined The Hatcher Agency team. Challis services their areas accounts acquiring new and updated ratings, creating proposals, and anything else needed to offer outrageous service to clients. Challis speaks fluent Spanish and is The Hatcher Agency's only bi-lingual agent. With this, she is a great asset and is always happy to provide support for all areas within agency as needed. In her free time, Challis enjoys horseback riding, canoeing, sewing, and spending time with her husband. Challis and her husband had a baby boy end of 2015.
Amber Piccirilli is a North Little Rock high school graduate and attended at the University of Central Arkansas on a dance scholarship. Amber was the captain of the UCA dance team and led the team to nationals for 3 years. Amber now resides in Bryant, AR with her husband, Nathan, 3 children and her dog, Trip.
Lisa Charette, a native Texan, graduated from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor with a bachelor’s degree in education. She was in sales in the medical and pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years before joining the Hatcher team. She has her insurance license in both Property and Casualty, and Life and Health. Lisa loves to spend time with her family, and her four grandchildren. When she wins the lottery one day, she wants to travel and be still like broccoli.
